The staff wanted to check the mini bar which was not a good time, I would have preferred the receptionist to ask me when checking in, what time is suitable to clean and check the mini bar. This will avoid unexpected interruptions, and would be better planning. I think the breakfast could have more rolls and salty pastries for those who are not used to the British type of Breakfast. For instance, we South Americans don't eat eggs, bacon, sausages and toasts. We are used to fresh fresh rolls and pastries. And there could be a stronger type of coffee to offer because many nationalities don't enjoy weak coffee, tipical of British and Americans.Could you put an ice bucket in the room for us ice-lovers?. In the hotel bar, the waiter was more interested in the soccer game on TV rather than helping us.pool and seating area was not big enough for amount of guests also shuttle bus was quite expensive. Finding the Breakfast room is not especially easy. There are a lot of extra charges for almost everything. Confirmation showed king-size bed, we had 2 single beds. Confirmation showed breakfast included, when we got to breakfast the morning, it was rooms only. Fortunately that was sorted out in the morning.Price of internet access exceptionally high. No access to swimming pool / gym. Internet is very expensive. Internet use is just too expensive. Retaurant serves pubgrub but the service is good. Buffet breakfast ticks the boxes but just not well cooked.. This isInternet use is just too expensive and should be free. The food in the restaurant is more akin to pub grub and way too heavy, although the service was good. The buffet breakfast is extensive but not well prepared. The tv channels are too limited. Swimming pool area was not up to standard I expected. staff service was awfull on the whole, poor attitudes and quite unfreindly when asking for anything, not a nice experience. Pillows very uncomfortable.
