  On arrival we had complimentary wine and a name plate welcoming us to city Residence. this attention to detail was welcoming and nice. The choice of breakfast was extensive and arrived each morning at the designated time. Staff spoke excellent english.   Nice sized room with good internet connection, clean spacious bathroom. Spa and pool good with service. And amazing restaurant with the best Stroganoff I had in years and friendly service. Located outside city center, close to connections, good business hotel. - Beautiful wellnes, good personal, breakfast and wifi was ok. This room was very nice.

Great location, on the main street. All reception staff friendly and willing to help. I was moved to a diff - The staff was extremely friendly, they spoke English very well, and were absolutely wonderful about telling you the best places to eat traditional Slovakian food or where to go to see things in Košice. The breakfast each morning was terrific. The hotel is in the best location possible, right in the heart of Old Town Košice.
