  On arrival we had complimentary wine and a name plate welcoming us to city Residence. this attention to detail was welcoming and nice. The choice of breakfast was extensive and arrived each morning at the designated time. Staff spoke excellent english. I was moved to a diff - The staff was extremely friendly, they spoke English very well, and were absolutely wonderful about telling you the best places to eat traditional Slovakian food or where to go to see things in Košice. The breakfast each morning was terrific. The hotel is in the best location possible, right in the heart of Old Town Košice.
