The apartment was absolutely fantastic, everything was clean and well presented. The staff were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough to make the stay one of my best in Bratislava. Lots of space, was easy to get to the city and friendly and helpful staff. great , no problem whatsoever. great place! great staff. Jacob (staff member) was extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment was huge - more than enough room for the 4 of us. It was very clean. The neighborhood wasn't that great, but the hotel had excellent security - secure entrances and parking. Great value for the money.accommodation and fittings were in immaculate as-new condition and the staff were exceptionally helpful. Very clean brand new huge rooms. I liked the fact it was all Ikea furniture and design and brand new. excellent apartment, brand-new, 15-20 min. by walk from the city centre. Rooms are spacious.The location is okay if you have a car - there isn't much to do around the hotel, but it's a quick drive into downtown Bratislava. water in the shower took ages to drain away and wouldn't have breakfast there again (only overpriced roll with butter and jam/honey and tea/coffee on offer).Noise from railway line on our side of the hotel. Did not like the fold-down bed in our first apartment, not up to normal European standard of two single mattresses placed on one bed-frame. Bed in second apartment was fine. Also, internet connection was unreliable.Would be nice if somewhere would be mentioned that the rooms are located next to the railway, cargo trains going past windows all night.
