For the last 3 months i have been travelling Europe and staying in various hotels. Staying at the Sheraton was something else entirely. It is totally amazing, clean, comfortable, the room was huge, and the facilities were first class. Ill definitely stay there again. Excellent staff, rooms and location. Very impressed and will be using Sherton's again to see if standard is the same across the CEE region where I travel.

The location of the hotel was right near a new development in Bratislava, on the Danube, with lots of cafes/bars etc. Hotel was very new. the location was excellent , near by shopping center near by the river near by restaurants and cinema city and casino and old town. Everything was absolutely perfect. We had a superb stay in Bratislava thanks to the Sheraton and their lovely staff!. Great location, very professional and helpful staff. I thought the executive lounge was poorly stocked with alcoholic drinks. However, I did arrive very late and was only there a short while. I asked for a gin and tonic and had to go to the bar downstairs which was a little disappointing. Some day, people should realise that charging for WiFi nowadays is like charging for running water!. The price for internet and breakfast was excessive. It should be advertised somewhere at the time of booking that treatments and massages at the spa need to be booked 3 days in advance. What a disappointment to stay in the hotel and not be able to take advantage of the spa. Beds need to be secured better so they don't move on the hard wood floor. Breakfast is well over priced at 25 Euro, recommendation is to eat at one of the nice cages in the mall. During check in staff of the Sheraton blocked 50 $ on my ctedit card as he said for guarantee. We check out 8th October but till now we haven't receive money back. It was a bit quiet, which is not down to either the hotel or staff. wifi need to be upgraded alittle bit. Charge for the wi-fi at the room. the shower. Honestly, to have to pay for internet (+10 Euros or so) these days is just a ripoff, can't you just include it in the price of the room?. Wi Fi rules. For a five star hotel it's quite surprising they forget to refill the shower gels every day. 30 euro/day parking fee is ridiculous Coffee machine at breakfast often runs out of coffee and or water, but then again, coffee from the machine in a 5 star?. not clean spa area. bell boys are not attentive with luggage. The room was full of dust it was clean but thei didnt clean the dust please reackt. The breakfast is very expencive and the internet is not working corectly.
