The stuff was really amazing, friendly and responsive. They met us at the railway station the day we arrived and took to the hotel. One day the owner of the hotel accidentally met me and my friend in the city looking for a taxi and offered a ride. The rooms were always kept clean and tidy. The breakfast was delicious and cheap. Actually, the only place I've ever been to where I liked breakfast. It was a large plate with fried eggs, sausages, salami and fresh vegetables, plus tea, bread, butter .

The staff helped me with my plans, told me about the area, and made me feel totally comfortable. My room was lovely and clean. I would recommend this place to anyone :). Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The owner is Japanese and a very interesting person. The hotel is very clean - our room was quite spacious and smoke free. There are daily room cleaning service and fresh towels every day. The beds are very comfy, the hotel is quiet, yet not too far from the beautiful old centre of Brasov. WiFi free and good strength. Spacious room and bathroom. Mini fridge in the room was a plus. Room was kept at a good temp with the heater in Nov. The owner and the staff acted gently and the services were high quality ones. Also, it's very well situated, as you can get to the center of the city in less than 3 mins or the train station same, at a 5 mins distance (all by car/taxi). This establishment is truly excellent. The owner was very pleasant, kind and extremely helpful. All the staff were also very good especially Monica, who certainly deserves a special mention !! Nothing was too much trouble !!!!. Train station pick-up, host provided hot water on request, ability to buy fresh coffee/brekky in the morning, locaton half way between train station and Autogara 1 and old city, nice big common area, accomodating staff. nice rooms, enough space, big wardrobe, nice bath, big choice of tv channels, balcony on the same floor, house is not situated among the main traffic, but in a nice side street with trees all around. The room was very big, clean, warm and quiet. The tv had lots of programs but the most important is the position of the villa, like 10 min walk from center. We sure gonna stay there next time :). The walls seemed so thin 2 of our 4 nights when the neighbors decided to have an in-room party...so loud!! Can't fault the hotel too much but they should have a silence curfew for future. No elevator so be prepared to carry your suitcase up some stairs. Location is not the best, being positioned rather in a low-interest area. A free parking place is sometimes a bit hard to find. Bathroom had a funny smell. Parking is small and tricky to navigate. The room smelled a little smoky, but not so bad. I cannot think about a single thing I didn't like! I will certainly g back. Walls a little thin - could hear other guests a little. Sometimes room smelt slightly of smoke from downstairs but this is very minor. very difficult to find from the train station. I needed 2 hours for the way, because some people sent me to the false bus. Then i called the pension and they told me the correct bus and bus-stop. But also from this bus-stop it was difficult to find the Pension, noone knows the street. (so you should use the train station-transfer). no air conditioner. Nothing to say :))). Sewage smell in the bathroom. The breakfast was rather poor. not very close to the center but not far. poor location. the 5 cm layer of dust in the closet. The missing heating until 6pm, not so clean bathroom. Decor Fittings and fixtures poor quality. Old, scratches. Hair on linen.
