Location is really good - just a few minutes walk from old town square. Breakfasts were good but with limited choice of food. Helpful and very kind staff speaking fluently German and English. Great accommodation, The lady on reception was lovely. Bit of a trek from the station if you have heavy luggage eg, carrying a backpack. Location is pretty central. Excellent location near old town. Great gym and small spa with sauna as well. Decent breakfast. Guarded parking on site.

Bit worn out, room I stayed needs renovation. AC worked loudly, couldn't set accurate temperature. Gym is quite small, equipped with old utilities. I wanted to take a shower before bed as i'd been traveling all day and I was exhausted and the water was stone cold, after awhile I rang reception to ask if there was a problem with the hot water, they had to turn it up and I had to wait for 15 minutes, bit of a pain when all you want to do is shower and go to bed. Next to main street with trams passing by regularly, I had a room on the fourth floor and could hardly hear the trams, possibly more noise on lower floors looking at some feedback provided by other travelers. Breakfast choice and atmosphere. beds were very hard and not very comfortable, because of the bed I could not recommend a good nights sleep at the hotel. Air Conditioning thermostat could not be adjusted and was much too warm in the rooms. Only fan speed can be changed, which is of no use when the temperature could be changed. Opening the windows was to no avail, as you couldn't open them at all. Absolutely nothing to not to like!. shower. inability to open window in room and no bath. With this speed of the internet it is impossible to work. The hotel employees acknoledged the problem but could not help...Really a big minus. comfort in bed. soundproofing . misleading for 4 stars. Very poor Internet connection. Very small rooms. Bathroom too small I couldnt stand up in the shower and the sink was for a child Bad smell of room Room very small and only the most basic facilities Fitness centre closed Electricity turned off during my stay Drab dingy decoration. Although I specifically requested a non-smoking room, I was given a smoking room. The hotel staff was not helpful, and seemed to not care less.
