Very comfortable and clean room. Excellent buffet breakfast. Highly efficient and charming staff. Free WiFi, although there was some difficulty connecting on our last day. The business centre proved very useful. Above all - the gnome outside!. Excellent room: very spacious and comfortable. Made good use of business room with PC and free internet access. The staff had mistakenly reserved us the wrong room but in spite of admitting their mistake were somewhat unhelpful and unfriendly. I did not like the attitude of the reception personnel.The receptionists were not friendly at all. As far as the receptionists and their attitude are concerned, this hotel does not deserve 4 stars. What I had requested at the time of bookin were not met initially. Only when I reminded them that I had made request in writing, they agreed to accommodate them. I believe this is a management problem and the lack of supervision over the receptionists. The air condition was very weak-and-it was very hot in the room and in the info about the hotel it was written that there is an air condition-the maintenance in the room wasn't that good either.rooms are very small.the reception service was slow and indifferent.

Art Hotel is situated inside two restored tenements. Components of period architecture are “witnesses of history” that is why every item was carefully restored by antique restorers. In reception hall you can admire wrought door with stone portal and coat of arm from1520 which is Art Hotel logo. There are available fitness gym, hairdressing and flower shop. At your disposal is secure and protected underground car park (check “drive”).

Art Hotel is situated on a cozy street in the Old Town. There are many boutiques, galleries, antique shops, and restaurants in the restored buildings along Kielbasnicza Street.

Market Square is about a 150 metres walk; here you will find over a hundred restaurants and clubs, which are teeming with life until late at night, as well as theatres, galleries and museums.
