the quiet - the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. it's in the centrum. well run. Conveniently located, close to the centre and easy access to the airport. I stayed here this time because I needed to get to the airport early in the morning. There is a bus stop for the 175 bus straight the the airport just over the road and it takes 20-25 mins to get there. Or a taxi costs about 25-30 zlotys. The rooms are small but have all you need. It takes 5 mins by tram to get to the centre.

It is very good decision to stay here for some nights if you are going somewhere via Warsaw. Even if you have no reservation (due to the flight delay we missed our train) you are welcome in this hotel. It's a 4 star hotel for the price of one, so you won't mind doing your own bed, will you?. No safe for safe storage of valuables..passports, cash etc....GYM - the running machine is out of order. Please fix it. When we arrived in Warsaw, I called the hotel to get directions. There was no one there who could speak English to me over the phone, which was a bit frustrating.Shower holder was almost broken and the stuff in reception was veryunfriendly. There was no free wireless Internet as described on the website.The breakfast is not reasnable. staff could have been more friendly, rooms quite small especially bathrooms and ridicluous that the showers are hand held - very impracticable but otherwsie fine. everything is small, but again, as for one star its probably not so small. very smal bathroom (like airlcraft cabine) in double room. I booked double room, but stayed in twin room with exta bed which had been useless for me. I asked a room with smoking preference, but I was given non-smoking room. internet problems. Room is so small, and the hotel is far from central station if by walk.
