complete luxury, excellent hotel and at weekend rates excellent value for money, buffet breakfast fantastic and jacuzzi, massage chair, sauna wonderful and hotel bar and room spacious and fantastic and very clean and great to have a bath and not just a shower in the bathroom. i really got used to the life of luxuy here. The food was excellent, what a breakfast! A very good service, friendly portiers and other workers, very helpfully answering to our questions, a room was air-conditoned and with a bath! You've a lovely garden in the middle of the town (hotel). So many good things! We'll recommend this hotel to everyone!!!.
all reviews » I enjoy staying in this hotel, this particular visit was my fifth stay,whenever I am in Warsaw I try and stay here. The staff are wonderful.The rooms and bathrooms are excellent. I have stayed here whilst onbusiness and I have also stayed with my family. The staff was so very helpful which we very much appreciated. They were very fluent in English which was also very good for us. The breakfasts were plentiful and delicious. Our room was very clean and also very quiet even being on a busy street.Friendly and helpful staff, clean room and very centrally situated. There could be more West-European tv-channels, and text-tv could be more reliable and faster.the first room i got was fair but small and bad view, so I asked to be upgraded to the suite which was better, a bit far for walking to center 20 minutes, so I walked a lot in warsaw. No safe in room. Reception nearly always very busy with long waits. Originally charged more than booked price but obtained refund after discussion with staff.
