At the first visit it's too easy to loose your way and to find yourself in the wrong lift which gives no access to the reception.No milk in room drinks facility. No milk on hospitality tray. The hall is very big and a little unpersonal. Complementary mini bar, but only soft drinks. I prefer paid mini bar, fully equipped.breakfast had limited choice and the quality of the warm dishes was poor. The hotel looks very nice on inside but the terrace outside is very simple and not at same level as the inside of hotel. The tv stations limited, radio stations unbelievably limited, no cdplayer, free internet but no computer!!! The tV could easily havekeyboard and be used as computer in other hotels There was realfriendly gentleman by swimming pool area but really mean lady who wouldnot even allow me to take a look at the swimming pool because of myshoes, very rude. the restaurant menu could be better. the taxi service is bit lousy. The hotel is a bit expensive. the lobby combined with the bar. The cost of Breakfast and it not being included in the price. Several machines in the gym were broken or not working properly. The glass bathroom door opened next to the bed! The pool was closed because of a bank holiday. The price of the breakfast. staff insisted on getting all my personal details apparently for the purpose of registration, restaurant staff not informed and not competent. No soul or character in the hotel, anonymous service, poor qualitytv reception. Car parking is not free.food too expensive for the amount given and telephone charges far too high. The service is terrible! The prices are to high to level of service and food!.

Musical restaurant Mosaica is a magic place featuring extraordinary interior design. 4 areas build a colourful world with 4 ambiences. The decor of the restaurant has been designed by studio TOYA design. The interiors refer to the idea of mosaic. Its 4 areas present a submarine world, tropical heat, wind and sand of the desert. All of them form a part of a puzzle combined with an antique piano of C.Bechstein located on a central stage.
