Located on Kraków’s Main Market Square in a historic tenement, Bonerowski Palace offers rooms and luxury apartments. It is located just steps from all the attractions of Kraków’s Main Market Square and 900 metres from Kraków Główny Railway Station. Parking is 500 metres from the property. The spacious rooms and apartments feature a seating area with a work desk. Each comes fitted with a flat-screen TV offering satellite channels. Free mineral water and a welcome drink (tea, coffee, juice) are offered, as is access to wet and dry sauna. In the morning, Bonerowski’s guests can enjoy a hot and cold breakfast buffet. The Bonerowska Gourmet Steak & Fish Restaurant set on the ground floor is known for fresh steaks and fish and serves lunches, as well as dinners with a wide selection of wines and cocktails in the bar. There is a summer/winter outdoor garden from which guests can admire the Market Square. In Royal and Ducal Hall there are meeting facilities suitable for wedding receptions, banquets and business meetings. Piano concerts take place in Bonerowski Palace's historic Royal Hall. Bonerowski Palace also has its own live music club, The Burlesque.

The Bonerowski Palace is a unique boutique hotel in the historic square of Krakow. It was a delight to be able to stay in this building with a history from 1514. The staff couldn't have been more gracious and the accommodations elegant. We especially enjoyed the Chopin concert in one of the beautiful rooms facing the square. Also, there are two wonderful restaurants in the hotel. absolutely perfect location !!! very pleasant and polite staff, wi-fi internet for free in all rooms, good value and quality for the money.

The bathtub is very deep with a handheld shower. It makes taking a shower in the morning a little bit of an ordeal. The other option is a room with a shower only . Older guests should know of this option as the tub might be a challenge.I had some sort of better room. What I missed was a bath tube. Thebattroom was too small for my taste and there was no bidet. Also therestaurant was closign very early. So I could not have dinner one night.Luckily the staff showed me the way to McDonalds...lol. Parking 5 minute walk away, expensive ~USD50/day. Vehicle access to surrounding are requires permit. Was stopped by police but let me proceed when showed booking. unfortunately no tea and coffee facilities in the room, besides that fantastic. The quality of service from the staff was very variable. Breakfast on day 1 was excellent (10 out of 10) while breakfast on day 2 was poor (3 out of 10). The same in the restaurant, the service varied from very good to average.no bath. I can't really fault anything.I was unfortunate to be given some wrong travel information by two different concierges of the Pałac Bonerowski, a five-star hotel, that is. Having been advised otherwise about the train times for the airport, I was inexpressibly anxious while waiting at the bare platform at some ungodly hours. Thank God, though, I managed to make it to check-in just in time... We had to ask to change room, because the room we got first was very noisy, because of problems with ventilation systems. The staff knew about it, so they should have the problems fixed rather than offer guests a noisy room. But they were helpfull and did what they could to please us.The bathroom was small and only had a shower which for the price of the room and standard of the hotel is surprising. Quality of service needs some sharpening (e.g. breakfast begin in stated time and not include any items that already lost their freshness, chambermaid remember to change / replace towels). Internet code incorrect / wireless internet did not work. These are not a big issue in a lower level hotel, but expected to be in order when staying at the 5-star hotel.The air-conditioning/hit has not been installed properly which resulted to a very noisy room. Hot water slow to arrive and never hot. Drain in sink malfunctioning. Curtains didn;t close as one was partially off it's rail. Staff didn't explain how electricity worked on arrival in room. Internet code incorrect in room service book.The venue is not as described on the internet. Ancient castle is cold and modern in feel.No tea/coffee facilities in the apartment, poor communication with reception. I requested a late check up on 3 weeks before my arrival and on the day of my check out I had been told it was not possible anymore. Internet wireless not working and unfortunatly no linen bedsheet. Service could be better.
