yes, I like hotel Hanza very much, it is beautiful, romantic, amazing place. Excellent Hotel excellent location. location and cleanliness. We (12 persons - 3 nights) were very pleased to almost everything. Nice stuff, big and clean rooms, good food, silent, very good location, not too expensive - GREAT!. breakfast included in the price. central location.

Toilet door at our room did not work, main door loock chain did not work either,. surly waiters in the restuaruant. We stayed there on the New Year's Eve and it was very cold in the room!There was a large window in the room - which might be nice in summer butin winter it doesn't help to keep the room warm. The individuallycontrolled heater looked like working but made no difference to thetemperature in the room(( I had to sleep in a long sleeved t-shirt andthick tights with microfibra.Double room with single beds, rather hard. The Plumbing was not up to standard with leaking and dripping taps and threadbare towels No bathrobes in room. Room Service staff could not understand English. Toiletries were very basic.
