Location, spcious & clean, good information from staff. the location is perfect, the flat is nice and clean. the office where you pick up the key is very close to the train/bus station, the staff was friendly, speaking at least polish, english and russian. Most of the items in the house has no information (How to operate??). We saw some manuals but it would be great if there is a clear instruction in English.
