  My girlfriend and I stayed at the NS for 5 nights in November. It is without doubt a budget hotel, so dont expect to much. It is ideally suited for central Cebu city with a number of places to eat and drink within a few minutes walk.   A really nice resort. The room was a nice design and well equipped and the staff are excellent. The food in the resort was great. Its not cheap food. The price is higher than average but so is the quality. We had 4 nights and never left the resort the whole time. Check the happy hour jugs of cocktails 5pm-6pm! The Mohito is tops. Also the private beach is a ma - If your looking for a great place to experience a super typhoon then Costabella is the place for you. I could not believe that they did not miss a beat even during the storm. Nothing like enjoying their fanastic breakfast buffet with 90 kph winds blowing outside. The place was back to normal the day after the storm. I can not say enough about the outstanding service from the entire staff and I will certainly be back with my family just not during typhoon season! :)

  It was very nice and it was great to have a carpeted room versus the other hotel we stayed at during our vacation. Especially for the price it was not a bad hotel. - Wi-fi and proximity to other places. The staff are very good and hospitable..(guards, doorman, reception, reataurant staffs & housekeeping)

  This hotel made me feel safe during super typhoon "Yolanda". What I liked most, personel were calm, no stress, no panic, nothing. Everything worked as usual. Just across the - A very comfortable place to stay with very courteous, helpful staff who easily went out of their way to assist and please their guests. I stayed there during the recent earthquake and was very impressed by the professional manner in which the situation was managed and very impressed by the generosity shown by the management during the crisis. I would have no problem in recommending the hotel to anyone and look forward to my next visit there.
