  Great hotel with awesome design and facilities. The room is huge and is best for family with small kids. The room design and furnishing is very elegant. A great weekend getaway for the family. My son has a small accident in the pool and the staff was there to assist and make sure he was taken cared of. A+++ for customer servise.   This was our second stay at the Picasso and we were very pleased to see that some of the small things we commented during our last stay had been attended to. We now had 3 pillows each instead of one, ball pens instead of pencils, the room air con was set at a comfortable temperature rather than freezing cold. This is an excellent place to stay! - Malaga suite is very good. Big and modernn apartment , great bathroom, spacefull living room. Kitchen is little but comfortable. Design is great. The bed is big and very confortable. Bathroom is perfect for any kind of use. Staff is very gentle and kind. They speak a very good english. MAKATI area is perfect for anything and you can move simply with taxi. For me it's a 5 stars.

  I almost thought we'd arrived at the wrong hotel when we saw the surroundings compared to the price that we had paid. This hotel is top notch. Excellent location right in the heart of the Makati business district. Service is excellent. I stayed over with group of friends, and when we asked for additional kitchen utensils (we decided to cook) -- the staff were very accommodating. Great value for money. - Had a studio apartment with kitchen dining area, living room... what people say » and a separate sleeping area - perfect as we had dietary restrictions and needed to cook our own food. Great gym! Across from Mega Mall so it was SO convenient for shopping, errands, dining, cinema.
