Extremely friendly and courteous staff throughout the hotel. they also allowed me an early check-in after major travel issues. Organising a taxi was simple, and every member of staff were brilliant,. Big rooms, good breakfast. Good location. Short walk to beach, shopping mall and Al Fair supermarket nearby, and a good Lebanese restaurant near the local cinema. Friendly staff.

Only one restaurant in hotel, nothing to do if you have some minutes left in the evening. the only thing I didn't like is that there is only one restaurant and the food is not so good. Expansive, as most of Omani hotels. Being mainly a business hotel it would have been better for our purposes if, it had have been more of a tourists hotel which I am sure the hotel management and staff would do a first class job. Simple Accommodation Small pool. No restaurant/bar for the evening. The wifi had a very poor connection and we did not have hot water in our room. They said they fixed it but we did not get any hot water. Wifi is very poor, connects with great difficulty and is incredibly slow. Very small bathroom Far from touristic old city. Poor room service food quality poor. swimming pool is very small. no alchohol and not told at the time of booking. airco did not work properly and was not repaired room was smelly breakfast buffet was not very good (old fruit, quite basic). I was placed in a budget room without a bath because i was a single woman travelling on my own. I paid the full price, just like everyone else. There is a taxi war going on outside the hotel. You can't tell who is working with the hotel. Poor service at the reception, they gave me a room with 2 single beds, then after asking for a change, they put me in the smoking section...
