I was travelling with my husband (who was on business) and daughter who was having a holiday with us from her work in London. She and I had a lovely week relaxing by the pool which was so pleasant as there were few people to annoy us! The hotel is very pleasant and staff very friendly and helpful. It is quite expensive as you can not get business deals which we would prefer and had to pay more by going through letsbookhotel.com! But this is our second stay and would do so again.
all reviews » The hotel was nice nad the staff are freindly and helpfull , the location is nice , I will use it again if I decide to go to Muscat again. Large, quiet rooms with huge walk in shower. Roof top bar nice open seating area for the evening, Very friendly and efficient staff. Obviously during Ramadan there is no beer or food openly served but the staff were very accommodating. Conveniently located near lulu and Muscat Grand Mall. Nice decor and good amenities. -Good breakfast -Clean room -Good deal from staff specialy Mr.Jaber from reciption. A bottle of wine that would cost 11 omr at the Crowne Plaza was 16 omr at Park Inn. Rooftop restaurant was closed for the summer, this wasn't mentioned on their website or letsbookhotel.com Very average hotel at 5 star prices. Price of the hotel is too much I wish they can decrease them price. bit expensive, wifi slow. Free internet was very slow and of little use. I stayed in room 351 and it didn't have any Sun light and the consequence the Air conditioning was running all the time. The room was as if it damp and smelt damp. Probally best to ask for a room that is on the outside wall. The smell of the corridor and the room, it smelt of damp all the time. - bad smell and bad odor in many floors and many rooms. - staff need more training on customer satisfaction . Took lot of time at the check in Remind them to clean the room Food was ok Looks like a budget hotel, Not worth for the price. Expensive rate compare to facilities & services. Breakfast selection poor, food didn't look inviting, restaurant over priced, food tasteless - overall the hotel didn't have great selection.
