The location is incredible. Such beauty all around you! We stayed in an apartment with a porch that overlooked the fjord and village of Geiranger - so amazing - and it was very cute and clean. The woman who runs the place was a delight and so friendly and helpful, so much so that you want to give her your money. I would definitely recommend. Intentionally booked this place 2 km outside from the village center. "Suitable" walking to/from the Hurtigruten boats. Fine, little demanding paths up to the mountains.

The price correct for the place. The view is absolutely wonderful. View on Geiranger town. The cafe was yet open. We were there little too early in the season. But the week 19 was also luxus without the large crowds of other tourists. Nothing to dislike. Too expansive beer in the bar :). About 20 minutes walk from the centre of town, and no food facilites in the village available. Getting there is a bit difficult without a car. The distance isn't a problem if there is no luggage. Didn't see any taxis. Nothing. None. location. no grill toaster or oven, just 2 rings. Not sure if there were additional facilities to cook. Kafe closed for family party. Too many cruise ships. No free Wifi. The equipment looks like a mix of furnitures from different places end times. Some elements are really at the end of their life and shall be replaced. The owner ? wasn't even wanting to give us an information about hours of cruises on the fjord, while the majority of guest do that ... Strange I have never seen thi skind of approach. The place is so touristic that they do not even care. Run down apartment.

All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that from September until May southwest road access to Geiranger from RV 63 Route may be closed due to the weather. Access is still possible on RV 63 from the north.
