the room for women, the staff, especially the breakfast and the people working there..really really good and I have been to many hotels.Good pillow service. Feels like home away from home to me. This hotel is well located, very clean, features great and attentive service and the room comes with cooler-than-usual free stuff. Room facilities immaculate and very well appointed.the introduction of a 5pm check out on sunday pm was a good idea- the hotel obviously caters for the jaarbeurs crowd with heavy bags so that was a blessing!!.

Some of the staff were initially arrogant. The fitness room was a mess, machines broken etc.Yes, one of the elevator was out of order. Last time I stayed in March it was the same. Price of breakfast. It is very expensive. Standard room not as good as usual. They had a pillow menu but when asked didn't have any of our choices available. The breakfast was very expensive (both continental and cooked) with little choice. i ll never use again this hotel, no accoustic insulation, noises of shower next room,. Parking is very expensive. Internet access is expensive. The hotel does have a complimentary 15 minutes internet access. The beds are not very good.The elevator situation caused a hardship for me as I have trouble walking down those narrow stairs. That must be fixed as the delay in the elevators caused missed work appointments. Also the shower temperature was hard to regulate and would often go from freezing cold to scalding hot without warning. Heating was turned on to the maximum on arrival, almost fainted when I stepped into the room. Noisy airco (perhaps the parking underneath) humming all the time, both day and night. Shower head was at chest height for me, and could not be adjusted. Odd in a country of tall people.Shower were not working to good water temperature. Service at check in was ok but we realized that the long day had used up the best part of friendliness... (Sat 20.9. at about 23hrs).100-120 EUR per night would be a fair price, 160 EUR seems to be somewhat too high. One of the 3 lifts was not in use due to maintenance work, but there is often problems with the lift. In the morning you had to wait for more than 15 minutes for a lift! I took the stairs, but with a full suitcase that is not easy!. it's a little bit like a 'casern'.

Trams can be caught by boarding those heading toward 'Nieuwegein' or 'Ijsselstein' and getting off at 'Jaarbeursplein'.
