Wet macs, for instance not easy to deal with. a little out of the way for the town centre.but that is more my fault for booking late. expensive and a long way from centre of town and station. no snacks available for late arrivals. No drinks facilities in the room - no coffee or tea making equipment ormini-bar. The Lift was a little dodgy. the double bed was no real double bed, but two singles put together with two single duvets instead of one large one. no kettle to make tea in the room (but staff gladly fills your thermos with hot water at reception). Room was too cold!. No dinner or lunch service, no mini bars in rooms. Broken shower. Nothing to eat in the hotel. it was a long walk from the centre of utrecht. There was no roomservice, not even for drinks. The "suite" we booked looked more like a normal double room to us. Bad smell of smoke/tobacco in the bed sheet and pillow. No face cloths, shower soap not replenished regularly, aircon reportedtwice as faulty no response nor action, safe needed key from desk howfmany copies were made by other occuopants, no tussues in room, showerextremely dangerous no bath mats avilable, no cofe.tea making facilitiesin room (have to go down to ask fot hor water!!!!). Not a positiveexperience at the hotel, does not warrent 4 star. Bathroom without window and smell of moisture. Needs refurbishing.
