Absolutely nothing at all to find any kind of fault with. The level of customer service was exceptionally high, the room and bathroom were slick, functional and modern, and the buffet breakfast sumptuous! The Weekend Rate is very good value, if two people share a room. I will definitely be returning to this charming city and hotel in the near future!. Good location right in the city centre. The room was comfortable and the breakfast selections were excellent. All staff were friendly and considerate. the location, the friendliness of the staff, the design of the rooms, the parking facility underneath. The quality of the bathroom and room fittings and furnishings, and the convenient location. just great, very friendly staff (not usual in NL), top room and the breakfast...It was very clean and comfortable. For example, there is onlya very limited ranged of packaged cereals available. Similarly the costof using wireless internet is prohibitive: around 6 Euros an hour or 40Euros for a week. Would have liked swimmingpool/gym. No coffee/tea service in room, limited toiletries. Internet connexion is expensive, when other similar hotels offer free wireless access. Very limited food choice in restraunt during weekends. expensive. In my opinion the breakfast was a bit to expensive. They didn't accept my rechargeable Mastercard, which I have always used everywhere.I had to pay cash at the check-in, and moreover they wanted 25euro more as a guarantee..in cash naturally because for them my CC was useless...incredible for a 4 star hotel.It is not a 4 Star hotel! It is more like a motel... Not a hotel for romance, very clinical... The parking was stupid for 18 Euros per day, on weekends you can park for free on the street round the corner but the hotel staff would never tell you that.... Not properly dusted, some stains on the day-blanket over the bedsheets.Most of the staff was very nice, but one guy spoiled for them all. He was very inpolite and inefficient. We asked for a taxi and after 30 mins he could not guarantee if the taxi was coming at all. Very poor service, not up to a 4-stars standard. Checking out in the morning, not enough staff on to man the reception, also got charged extra money for city tax!. Room temperature unstable. Too warm in the evening, freezing cold at night. They ask you to bring the dirty clothes at the reception. Cleaning lady forgot twice to bring soap, had to shower with shampoo. A.
