The woman running the show is extremely kind and tries her best to make you feel comfortable. The place is very clean and breakfast is extremely abundant (even too much maybe and if you don't finish everything...! ). Internet is good.Considering how expensive is Rotterdam the place is fairly cheap. The owner is an amazing women that does anything for your comfort! For the price and location is a very good option! Use her option for parking (12 eur a day) because parking in Roterdam is 0.50€ for 19 minutes and a whole day in a parking is 30 euros!.

I'd like to say it as a homestay rather than hotel, the host is super nice, and the decoration and facilities in the room is amazing. Location. Bedroom, bathroom and toilet are very proper and clean. Tatjana is a lovely woman and takes very good care of her guests. Very nice and welcoming environment! if you like top quality hospitality at low price this is the place for you in Rotterdam!. Comfortable (though shared) bathroom. It is extremely hard to find. I have lived in Rotterdam myself but struggled to find it. When I asked information to a police guy he became sospicious because he had never heard about it either. Bathroom is shared and the room I had was extremely small. It isn't an hotel! It's a room in the landlady house. It's not really a negative, but the other travelers should know!. Nothing. People need to realise that it is a bed and breakfast in a private flat. Personally I was very happy to have stayed here but if you prefer something businesslike rather go to a budgethotel. For a people who prefer a personal touch I would advise them to go to the weenahouse. The lock for the door is broken. It's basically someone's apartment and you are sleeping in one of their rooms. It feels weird in the beginning. We weren't counting on that, perhaps we misread the description. Language was somewhat of a barrier but we understood each other enough. The host is too talkative, can be annoying for some people. No wardrobe in deluxe double room (better choose simple double room - it has one; it's smaller of course but also cheaper).
