Nice staff and clean room. Good location, easy access by public transport. The hotel was very clean and the staff pleasant and helpful. Great location!. We could feel the wind and the street noise made by tramcars passing the Erasmus bridge despite of the closed windows.Would have liked a room looking 'outside' hotel. Does booking via Booking.com and getting discount get best rooms ?. We asked for an outside view, and met little enthusiasm to accomodate this.It is not particulary about the Tulip Inn hotel but you should consider carefully option to offer during the special events in Rotterdam - as it was Rotterdam marathon last Sunday - late check-out for participants of these events. It makes it for them 100% more convenient and secure. Your reputation even more positive among the runners from all over the world. Think about it!!. it was more of a business hotel and the breakfast was lacking from our point of view with not much choice on hot food. Can't believe they still dare charge 12.50 for wifi in this day and age.
