Everything Brand New. Staff very keen to please. Will definitely useagain next time in Rotterdam. Nice large hotel rooms with a great bathroom (shower espicially). Very helpful staff and we were pleased to stay there. Hotel staff are quite friendly and a great assist on info about getting around town. It was clean and quiet. Excellent staff - warm and friendly.
