The location of the hotel was very close to the centre of Maastricht and a 2 minute walk from the train station. Also, the hotel had a 24 hour reception which suited our late arrival. The reduced rate was excellent!. The staff were very helpful in changing our room to enable us to use their WIFI internet access. bed and breakfast are perfect. kind staff. Location and hotel lobby.The rooms are big, clean and comfortable, also easy acess to the train and bus station, no danger. Convenient to city center. Adjacent to train station. Free wireless internet access. The toilet room is quite big. The hotel is close to both the railway station and the downtown. Staff is very friendly. They have good beds. staff. Free wi-fi but it didn't work in the rooms and the lobby's only got a few seats. Close to the station; bed was quite comfortable.near the station. Breakfast was expensive at Euro 16.00. noisy; traffic passes all night. a better noise insulation would improve the comfort.atmosphere could be improved. Breakfast is somewhat expensive.tehre was no special safe luggage room (arrive early morning and had to wait for the room). WiFi not available in room as advertised. Parking is very inconvenient. Car parking between 8am to 6pm is in two-hour increments and expensive at 2.40 euros/hour.The hotel does not accept cash. Bed and bathroom were clean but the walls and carpets were dirty.
Very small room and bad lay out. Very expensive for the low amount of facilities in the room (absence ofhair dryer, shower gel...). Walls and ceiling were a bit dirty (spider'snets). Breakfast was expensive.cold room and wc, no smoking in the room.
