  When booking a place to stay in Amsterdam, we wanted somewhere central, comfortable, clean and friendly. Artist Apartments was exactly what we were looking for and much more. When we arrived from Schipol airport, we were greeted by the lovely Arvin who showed us around the beautiful one bedroom apartment. It's clear that a lot of attention has gone into the details - complementary toiletries even toothbrushes in the bathroom, salt & pepper, serviettes etc in the kitchenette, Fresh cut flowers and a very comfortable bed.   The Canal House is located in a great quiet spot in the centre of Amsterdam. We could walk everything and the view over the canal was amazing!! The apartment was clean, had everything we needed and looked brand new. Eline and Take were great hosts and very helpful with everything. We will defiantly stay here again next time.   The two brothers who run the apartment hotels are very nice and friendly. We had the two bedroom apartment sharing with my in-laws. The beds were very comfy, the kitchen had everything we would need, the fact that we had a separate toilet and shower was very good. People could get ready for the day quicker this way. The Hop on Hop off bus also has a - Very large 3 bedroom apartment for the price of two hotel rooms. Very large living room with flat screen tv and dvd player. Clean and modern with an excellent coffee machine, but you had to go around the corner to a supermarket to buy all supplies including sugar, special coffee packets for the machine, etc. Free laundry facilities but you need to supply your own detergent. Helpful manager when he is there. Good location close to shopping, restaurants, flea markets, canal boats.

  This was our second time at this hotel and we will most definetly stay again. It is a fantastic, clean hotel. The staff are the nicest you will ever meet. The hotel is right in the centre of everything and I would recommend it to everyone. We didn't have one complaint about this hotel, it is perfect. - Its location was excellent to all the tour... what people say » ist attractions. However it was in an ideal location that you were not disturbed by late night noise. I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel to anyone and would use it again.

The receptionist, I'm sorry, but I dont know his name, he always smiles and seems to be always there,asked me to make myself comfortable in the lobby whilst he sorted something out.
