I liked the staff was very friendly, good breakfast, hotel location, water in the room, coffee (tea) maker. The hotel is very small, there are 7- 8 rooms, and the staff knows the quests from the face. There was no noise from the street. The restaurant's daily manu is quite a good option for those who stay at the hotel. The restaurant's amosphere is very pleasant and the square where it is located one of the best kept of what is left of historical sites in Eindhoven.

Location. The hotel looks lovely on the outside and on pictures. The staff were v responsive and quick to help. To thin walls of the rooms, you could hear your neighbors voices, the TV sets noise, not very nice view thought the window. There is no elevator, so luggage has to be lagged up a flight of stairs, staff does assist with carrying luggage for you though. The steps are quite steep and can be a challenge both going up and coming down, especially with luggage. Otherwise all ok. The cleaning should be a bit better. the room was small and hot, was accessible with stairs without elevator so was not easy with a trolley (staff helped also in this). very small bath-room. Room is not very convenience, it would be perfect if there are more hooks and holders in the bathroom. No elevator. Too cold in the room despite the heater. Breakfast too expensive. - a bit too expensive (but price is ok within the city) - very small and inconvenient bathroom - mattress is too soft - not much info about hotel facilities as well as lack of some of those. Problem no 1: Hotel without reception - you must go to the restaurant for key. Problem no 2: Wifi does not work! Horrible. Problem no 3: You hear everything from another rooms. Problem no 4: Very small room and bathroom but it is "okay". Paint peeling of the stairs, wall panels, baseboards. Wall paper bubbled, cracks showed between wall and ceiling/floor. Cheap pillows. Shower/toilet cabin squeezed inside room. When I sat on the one chair fitted between bed and wall, my head rested against the television screen. Don't gain too much weight or you won't fit into this room. The price matches the looks&attitude, but the quality doesn't. two single beds joined together - one was harder than the other. the plumbing was so loud. sounded like someone was drilling. The exposed features above the doorway - v strange design! the fact that you couldnt leave your bags anywhere when checking out on Saturday. Breakfast was v average.
