Very well equipped rooms (including with audio-video devices), each room with its personality (the room name may give a hint) but cozy and home- looking (very far from standard hotel rooms). A rich breakfast and an overall concern and care (from the staff) for every detail. Ten minutes walk to the city center. excellent service; breakfast with fresh baked bread, fresh fruit salad, fresh orange juice, egg and much much more; very friendly staff, walking distance from the central square, spacious, old fashioned, stylish room with dvd and cd player, coffee machine, complimentary chocolates, peanuts and cookies.

Very close to the train station (2min walk) and close to a park and city centre (5min walk). Breakfasts were delicious! Would highly recommend this B and B. The host is very attentive, polite, very professional and really nice person. Really, she's very comfortable to be with as in you can ask her anything without hesitation. The place is really awesome - I felt like living in my ancestral home - classy and functional. Nice room, with music system , good size tv with dvd, coffee maschine, hot water boiler, reading glasses, fringe, free wifi in room, nice bath room with bathtub, short walk to Breda center, the breakfast room is very cosy.... Close to the train station,. i absolutely loved authentic furnishing and unbelievably for NL spacious room. Breakfast area and service - amazing! Will definitely return if business leads me there again!. The location is excellent, close to the city center and the station. The hospitality of the staff is also fine and the breakfast is very delicious. Possibly the most interesting B & B I have ever stayed in. Location, staff and furnishings excellent. Personal and flexible service. Friendly owners.Beautiful enviroment and a walk away from city. marvelous room (romantic suite) with a large bathtub and sauna... Lovely host & hostess. Delicious and ample breakfast!. The stairs - steep, but not steeper than the regular Dutch houses. What's there not to like? It could do with a bit of paint, but even that fitted more or less with the style... Stairs leading up to the rooms are steep but this is to be expected from a house built in the 1860's. Worth the climb but elderly people might find these a little difficult. Car parking. You cannot park it directly in front of it and it has no parking area. But over the river, there is parking space with meter. if you have big luggage, don't choose top floor because of the very steep and narrow stairs. The room lighting was very poor. Nothing. Too high price without breakfast and the reception is really cramp.
