Each room has shower and toilet en suite, and a tv, with good comforatable pillows and duvets. friendly staff. Located in red Light district. I liked the fact that I could smoke in the room...Clean, nice staff, good value for money. Friendly staff. Location, location, location! My room had an amazing view of both thecanal and rld. It is hard to open the window...The room was a bit narrow. As I was right above the rld on a Friday night, so it was understandablyloud. If you require a good night's sleep I would suggest requesting aroom without a canal view. And I would not recommend this room to aconservative American family, as you cannot really get there withoutwalking by some women in windows!. This time my radiator was not as hot as I would like it. Normally this is not a problem. The stairs! There were a lot of steps to get to our room but over all it was good.no elevator. None apart from the shower was a bit grubby with mould on the ceiling could maybe do with a lick of paint. But who cares when you're in Amsterdam.A little scruffy. difficult stairs . The room was very small but that's usual in Amsterdam budget hotels. stairs, high heels are a suicide:-). we were on the top floor and the stairs are very narrow and plentiful. the bathroom was very small and so many stairs to go up with the luggage!!. Room rather dark and dingy. Mosquitoes in the room owing to the windowhaving been left open, resulting in me being bitten a few times. view was just looking out at bins. but didnt bother us that much.too near to pubs,red light district and was very noisy late at night,bathroom too small in room,no heating on in room. Private bathroom was in separate room across the hall. Room was toosmall for a desk or chair. Smelled of smoke. No WiFi in rooms abovefirst floor. Recommend mostly for location and basic services.2 single beds pushed together to make a double. SLightly cramped bathroom. Made a booking for a double room and received a single. Reason not entirely clear. I was charged double room rate for the single I was assigned. I was given option of double room, but bathroom was not en suite, so I declined in favour of the single. Sound insulation very poor and room above bar - music coming through very clear. rooms very ascetic. breakfast. there were maskitose. The room was too wet. the room is very small, so the bathroom.The room was a bit untidy, the bathroom as well, but nothing too bad. The bedsheets were a bit old and heavily used; if you are the picky type bring a pillow case with you. Although it states there is no parking facility's at the hotel, guests should be warned of the extremely expensive parking costs out side the hotel. 100euros for 2 days parking!.... Fairly noisy late at night.Was ot any internet conection. walls too thin, you hear other people all the time.cleanliness of the room was really bad. I have been charged TWICE from my credit card for staying at the hotel. Thus I am demanding the return of 105.00 EUR.
