Koninklijk Theater Carre is just 500 metres from the property and from the Weesperplein stop at 300 metres has a direct tube-connection to the Amsterdam Arena. From this same stop there is a direct connection to the Heineken Music Hall which takes 19 minutes.

I liked the location, the standard of the accomodation and the cleanliness. it was good.. close to everything and staff are great. this hotel has low price with high facilities. Close to city centre. we liked the attention that we got from the staff and the facility to get the tram. Very reasonable price for centre of Amsterdam. Room was basic but clean. Very helpful and friendly reception staff. Breakfast simple but standard of food was OK. Good value for money.

The water was everywhere in the bathroom. lack of hot water in the morning especially on the last day when you have to check out early and you can't have a shower. Rooms are to small. cleanliness of bathandwc. The towels appearence (were washed but had spots looking like they weren't washed), too many stairs for the last floor, very small bathroom. They took the money from the account 1 month before the arrival, on other booking.com hotels reservation never did that. we stayed at the top floor and as there was no elevator it became a hasle having to walk up several flights of stairs.Rather small rooms, no telephone in the room (at the time of our stay). It would be nice to realy clean the room when someone arrives and if possible at least vacuumclean the room everyday... As we had no information or the information was that it was not possible to park aroud the hotel (for free) we used the P+R parking lot some miles away from the hotel. But this is also an option, not a problem! ;-). The reception closes at 11pm.Cold. size of room, and bed. No tea and coffee making facilities. Dirty carpets on stairwell. Extremely small room. Cleanliness also needs to be improved.To clean rooms, appartments more often and to find remote controls!. dirty on arrival, not cleaned during stay, no fresh towels provided during stay. it wasn't very clean to be honest. The size of the room given the price we paid for it; The size of the shower/toilet; the uncleanliness of the entire room; the fact that we had booked a double room but got twin beds, of which one mattress was too big for the base; the room was so small that to stand between the beds we had to stand side on; The room would have been fine if we had paid 20 euros not 70 euros; noisey!!!. The garden room is offul!!!!!!! We find 3 snails in it!!!!, the bad was not clean, the bathroom was dirthy, it was a real disaster!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I had a room in the shared flat, located about a mile from the hotel away from the city centre. The room was dark and dirty, the TV didn't work, the lock on the door was very weak, the beds were small, barely one up from camp beds. Overall, poor location, standards, security and value for money.
