The apartments were located perfectly! Right next to a tram stop and to the Muiderpoort train station. A walk from the center of Amsterdam takes around 25 minutes. The design, the furniture, the kitchen equipment and the bathrooms were all great! Highly recommend! We especially liked the Large Double Bedroom apartment for 6 people since it was on two floors and it had access to a balcony. Above all every room got a complimentary bottle of wine.
all reviews » Very Compact apartment, very well designed, liked the utilization of space. Was very comfortable and utilitarian. The pick & Drop of Keys was practical and saved time. Great Experience, friendly and helpful staff. Loved the use of space for a boutique apartment. Would of been better with an oven installed and a microwave on top instead of the microwave oven thing because it wasn't very good. The modern design of the apartment and how well equipped it was with kitchen utensils etc. The location was also good, just a short tram journey to the main Amsterdam squares. excellent for public transport, plenty shops, markets nearby,modern clean accom. Very clean good place to crash Location was a little out of town but was no hassle as trams are excellent. It was right next to a tram stop. The beds in the bedroom were very comfortable. The kitchen was nice. The kitchen was useful for breakfast. The curtain for the sofa to make a room. There was a small misunderstanding with the booking itself but it was all handled quite fast and without any problems by the assistant. As expected very steep staircase. Could have been a bit roomier. The stairs are VERY steep. How steep the stairs were!!. the steep stairs, the fire alarm going off at 1:05 am in morning, no toaster, couldn't get grill in combi oven to work, shower in above floor leaks, not all lights worked. If you carry a lot luggage and with young kids, better ask which floor you will be on. Rooms are very small and the bedroom we stay has no window. Room was quite basic. In the shower, the glass screen did practically nothing to prevent water from getting all over the bathroom. The couch was not comfortable for two full-grown adults to sleep on. The pictures online must have been from other apartments because they did not accurately reflect what was in our apartment. The walls were thin. We can hear the people below us as well as people walking up and down the stairs. The room was tiny. Really tiny. The shower glass had a gap that flooded the bathroom floor when taking a shower. Design flaw. Too small for 3 persons and there was no 3rd place to put his clother and his luggage. They didn't send the cleaners even I have paid in cash for cleaning.. They also put us on 3th floor even they knew that we have toddlers 2 yrs old, when I came to the suites I found that they have apartment below us and its unbooked!.

You can check-in and collect your keys at the Short Stay Group check-in desk at Schiphol Airport or at their office in Amsterdam centre at Herengracht 451.
