We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - we received a free upgrade, so the room was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good luggage storage for check out and late check out of 12pm for all guests. Very central and very we were very impressed. quiet, clean, comfortable. great location: easy access via tram, and close to floating flowers and Rembrandt Plein.I liked a lot the fact that the room was very big and clean and the hotel is central situated.

Front facing rooms are very noisy. no safes in room. Lift was slow. Not enough tv channels. room was very dry and could do with some ventilation. Taking a shower was slow as the shower head had water coming out only from the outer ring, nothing from the center (no holes).small breakfast room. Disappointed that a 4 star hotel did not have tea and coffee facilities in the bedroom. Lack of air conditioning, which I was aware about. Towel sizes, not big enough for a person. The front bedrooms are very, very noisy We asked to be moved andthis was done. No breakfast included, and expensive. ended up in a basement room with little ventilation. Rooms very hot so needed to have the windows open at all times (we went in Dec) which makes sleeping difficult as the road outside is very noisey. no parking. High price during exhibition time. Noisy and no Tea/Coffee in room. Seemed confused on Credit Card payment request. Rooms are overpriced for what they are and are extremely basic and could do with some airing out. The staff could do with some training on dealing with the public, a selection of staff on the desk were by no means polite, smiling doesnt crack anyones face.The hotel facilities were closed in the evening of the 30th December. The restaurant was meant to be open until 4pm and started throwing food away at 3pm, which meant that we could not eat in the hotel. Tax was paid in addition to the bill, which was not clear when we booked the hotel. It was perceived the the hotel cost covered everything. We had specifically asked for a double bed but instead got twin beds instead. We had specified this weeks in advance and were guaranteed by 'letsbookhotel.com' that this would not be a problem. When we get to the hotel we are told that there is no way of getting a double bed. Very poor customer service.
