The hotel is in a quiet but I believe basically safe though somewhat dilapidated neighborhood.

The staff was incredibly helpful....we were coming to Chefchaouen by
private car and were unable to find our way to the entrance ....one of
the guys came down to the town....bopped in our car and led us to the
parking area and helped us take our bags to the Dar.
The breakfast is hearty and fresh...much more than a typical carb overload...and the ambiance is lovely; fireplace going in the chilly morning...great terrasse to relax and take the sun in the afternoon .

Perfect location,very close to the boulevard, and only few minutes walking from medina. if you come with your car there is an attended parking at 50 mt.
