Traditional style, roses everywhere.. services. location of the hotel. Almost no internet. Very slow, and very difficult to conect. Noise from the street.not enough elevators. price. window did not close: asked to fix it, could not open anymore afterwards, we could not access terrace! I took the staff 2 days to clean a shirt, which was not ironed well. Not the level of a 4 stars fro Morroco - need a lot of improvements.
