  This is my second visit in six months and it did not disappoint. It's a wonderful haven of tranquillity . Rooms are spacious and decor very tastefully done .The staff are superb - most helpful and friendly and very smart in their crisp whites. Yassin ,Aschar and Khalid are most accomodating .The spa is small but the treatments are some of the best... what people say » and not overpriced .Pool area is lovely. I look forward to returning again and will reccomend to my friends. I am from hotel background and am usuall - Practically perfect in every way - fantastic rooms (definitely worth getting a sea view to watch the sunset in the evenings), incredible food (there is no reason to go elsewhere to eat - so tasty), lovely staff, short walk to the beach, amazing spa, candles lit in your room and a chocolate left on your pillow every night, lovely pool and poolside service from the staff.   Everything was fabulous, no wonder that the place had very good reviews. No sooner did we do the booking that the owner called the next day, to inquire about the flight arrival time, and arranged airport pick-up (included in the room price, on top of all). Very comfortable, very nice and helpful staff, very good value for money. Highly highly recommended, especially for travellers an - A very nice, cosy and genuine guesthouse, perfect for travellers with some experience of travelling on their own. The manager and the staff was very kind and helpful at all times. The cleaning was very good as well. My daughter and I stayed here for a week and we really recommend this guesthouse.

  This is my third time at Riad les Chtis D Agadir ( read my previous comments ). Didier still has lots of dirty jokes on his repertoire ( fortunately / unfortunately only in french ). Good rose wine on the terasse. But most of all extremely friendly owners and a real sense of having been in Morocco ( compared to the luxury hotels down by the beach ... what people say » ). Perfectaly safe and friendly neighbourhood. 1 euro for the taxi down to the beach. - This is our first trip in Morocco and we did not have much idea where to go and what to do. The owner is very informative and willing to help! He booked some accommodations and a car for us and his recommendation were all fantastic. We are very glad that we asked his suggestions.

  The garden of the Dar Maktoub is fantastic ! A serene oasis of green, beautiful plantings, wide variety of Palms, flowers, cactus and ferns. Very elegant and large pool space with lots of space to be private in. Main house lodge is well equipped, lovely architecture, very much enjoyed the lounge and fire place. A great base for Agadir. Golf right ... what people say » next door. Last but not least, a lovely dog named Carter who I was ready adopt ! Top that out with very professional staff and good breakfasts. - The hotel has a beautiful, very large swimming pool en neat relaxing furniture around it on which you can relax all day. Beds are huge and comfortable and rooms are spacious enough. We spent three days at the pool (after a week travelling around Marocco) and had no reason to leave the place. Loved it.

  It was a heavenly break from rural Morocco. Everything was well done. The food was good and well laid out. The staff were excellent.
