  Good location. Close to restaurants and city center. Lots of good food choices around. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Any requests were immediately accommodated. Safe area to walk do to many restaurants. The rooms were very comfortable. The bathroom was big. Good cleaning. WI-FI in the room worked well. Not expensive breakfast... what people say » , fresh juice, coffee, tea, 3 types of homemade yogurt, cereal, toast, butter, jam, honey, fruit and hot Mexican food. Good, secure parking. Large div - This was our second stay. I'm giving 5 stars for services and comfort even though it's not a 5 star hotel because it's far better than you'd expect from a budget hotel. The staff are very nice and helpful and there is always someone fluent in English at the desk. Excellent maid service, a small bar with wi fi in the lobby, and the breakfast buffet is decent if you don't feel like going out. Great location too!! We love this place! A friend recommended this hotel and he was right!

  Great location! Very clean, nice and really good ambience. Food was excellent and very reasonable. Front desk personnel were most helpful and courteous. - I enjoyed everything, but the helpful staff was exceptional. The restaurant in the hotel was the best.

  I chose this Hotel because I wanted to stay at a historical -looking place. It was just what I expected. The interior is beautiful. I really liked the high ceilings. I requested a room with a balcony and got it no problem. The room was huge and bath was spacious. Staff was helpful. With gym, pool, restaurant and bar onsite I could of spent my whol... what people say » e day there. The location was perfect walking distance to most points of interest. At check out staff helped us out with a map and directions to where - Everything about this hotel was done well...the decor is outstanding, and everything was beautifully maintained. Lots of atmosphere, including the pleasant sounds of he fountain in the lobby atrium and soft piano music (live!) even at breakfast. Very good breakfast buffet and menu, and delicious dinner...even vegetarian.

  This hotel is a kind of "posada", really nice! 100% mexican style. All the staff have been really kind with me, it is like to be at home. I had room nr. 12, just in front of the pool, very quiet place, seems to be in a colonial house! Good breakfast (included), no dinner, only snacks. It is 250 mts far from Calle Juarez (the main avenue of Tlaquep... what people say » aque). For me is the best "mexican style hotel" in Guadalajara! Try it! Laundry is free, Internet also. - The hotel was architecturally very pleasing to the eye. The colors were happy, the murals tastefully done and the plants are soothing, making us feel very warm and comfortable. The staff was exceptional. One of the perks was off street valet private parking. We had a wonderful stay and we look forward to staying there again. We recommend this to anyone staying in Tlaquepaque.

  We stay there in 1998 for our Honeymoon and it was nice to be there again 15 years later. - the staff was friendly and helpful and the new restaurant had the best buffet selection.

  The online room pictures are true to the room. They have multiple computers for guest and wi-fi but no printer. The staff was friendly and helpful. Front desk was willing to help me print my boarding pass. I went to Guadalajara just to fly out of that airport but wanted to take advantage of the night before my flight to walk around and have dinner... what people say » downtown. Arrived about 9pm on a Sunday night the Hotel was quiet, clean and staff was and looked professional. Closet in room is pretty spacious. Lo - Very good value for money. Nice modern rooms. Staff very helpful. Comfortable beds.
