1. Located in the heart of Centro Historico just 3-4 minutes walking from Zocalo, Templo Mayor and Cathedral. 2. amazing historical building newly renowated, with fantastic patio with restaurant( tasty cuisine and margarita;-))) in a front part of Dwontownbeds- this building has also good hotel, perfect coffeeshop with cappucino and some luxury shops).3. Hostel very clean, with convenient tv room opened to patio, with mattresses, bar with cheap drinks on the patio, also abi.
all reviews » The location and accommodation were absolutely fabulous - very hip and trendy and certainly felt a lot more lush than what we were expecting for the money!!! Would stay there again in a heart beat. The place is realy nice, is all new , they have it all nice , the location is realy in the center ,easy to get anywhere .is clean clean. I was staying in private room and love absolutely everything about this hostel) the situation, the stuff, the room, the breakfast). Breakfast cheap and delicious Bar has great prices Cleanliness is one of their pirorities. Great hostel design. The design and set up are amazing.... the movie room is lovely and the pool stunning. Location, style, staff, price, facitilies. Excellent value for money. Everything. Location is fine. Breakfast could include a little more than milk, coffee, cereals and only one day fruits. There are no lockers inside the room- with enough space for it could be placed there but there are lockers on ground floor so it's not of importance. Loved it all - couldn't fault it!. I personaly didn t like beacause it was realy quiet , nothing happening , I was alone at the breakfast 2 times , just me ,some ppl are looking for that , I want to meet ppl , so is not necesary something bad , is just me. Nothing to say. Staff has a very hard time solving any issues that might show up during your stay. One female evening staff member was a little frosty and unhelpful... also there were no cheap available snack foods or water in the premises we had to pay 38 peso for one small bottle of water when we got in later one evening, around 11pm. Perhaps a vending machine with water and food would be helpful. Needed a fan or aircon, no windows in the rooms!. Rooms a bit noisy. Nothing. The wifi is weak and we need to use it outside our room. There is no curtains in our room and the light outside keep turn on till around 4am. This hostel doesn't have a soul. It is beautifully designed but dead. It's got everything going for it but the staff are so terrible (except Jesus who is awesome) that no one hangs out in the bar or sits in the communal areas. The rooms are pretty stark and impractical.
