  We stayed here only for one night after a trip to Valladolid and Tulum in order to catch a morning flight out of Cancun. The staff was friendly and helpful on arrival. Car parking was included as promised. The room was a bit sterile, but comfortable with nice towels and linens. I wouldn't have paid $400, but $203 was reasonable fo - We stayed at the hotel for 10 nights and it was wonderful.The staff was friendly and always ready to help.The breakfast is excellent but expensive.So we used cupons that they offered us at the reception and saved some money.They were always very nice to our son.I Strongly recommend the hotel

  We spent the amazing 5 days of our honeymoon to Paradisus and everything were great. We were all inclusive and the food everywhere from the buffet to the restaurants was very good. Our room was big and very comfortable. All the places to the hotel were clean and of course big thanks to all the staff for their kindness. Also bus station was infront of the hotel and in 5 minutes we - The rooms are clean and nice; our ocean view room had a spacious, private balcony. The buffet food is very good, and the other restaurants offer a nice variety of food choices and atmosphere. The pool and beach areas are very nice; the swim up bar in the pool area is fun. Safe and frequent city buses run in front of the hotel to popular shopping areas.
