For an affordable hotel, this one is quite nice and a good value. The whole facility is pretty and well-run, and the location is fabulous. We loved it. The room was sparkling clean and came with a surprise kitchenette. Beds were more comfortable than others on our trip, and everything worked just as it should. I'm a senior, traveling with my daughter and her 3-year-old grandchild, so we had a wide range of needs, but the hotel met them all. Room service was really fast and the food was surprisi.

The building is dated and a bit dark but very clean. Our stay was comfortable and accommodating. Beautiful infinity pool, overlooking the beach in Cancun. Breath taking view if the Caribbean Sea. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, friendly staff. Restaurant on-site with excellent food - try the wood-fired pizza. Would definitely stay here again. Location was great as I was looking for a quiet area. It is far from bars and discos but that's not a problem with the bus system in Cancun Hotel Zone. All rooms have views and the beach and sea were amazing: no noises, no ships, no boats, some depth for swimming. Great swimming pool. Internet at the room was reliable. The only good thing about this hotels is the pictures on the web, but they does not reflect the standard of the hotel - AT ALL. This is not really a complaint, but it would have been nice if the desk clerks had just a bit more English. They also close the office at night and don't open until 9 the next morning, so getting questions answered can be a problem. You get what you pay for here. The hotel is situated on the beach and close to the airport...but more then a little dated. The name was very deceiving as it is not called the BSEA on the sign so took a few trips down the strip to find it. Nothing on the building is clearly marked so finding the office was impossible until the desk clerk came and waved us in. For the money and a quick overnight we would go back. The hotel was on need of repairs/maintenance. The facility needs to be updated . It was loud at night from disco music playing which made it very difficult to sleep. There was no Internet. Internet was not consistent. Lots of renovations going on so noise all the time during the day. The appliances could use an upgrade.There could have been some extra Blankets. There were no King size beds. The room was just OK. It was clean but it had some bugs condusive to the climate. There was a beautiful balcony but, no chairs to sit on it. N/A. There was nothing about the hotel itself. But there were things that just happen, like a broken pipe and flooding, requiring us to change rooms twice. Generally run down, old fashioned decor in the rooms, small ill equipped kitchenette. By the time we bought breakfast/lunch/dinners/drinks, we could have stayed in a better All Inclusive hotel. Room very old Inventar Beds a no go. I didn't like that the lack of facilities in the hotel. It should have way more facilities and they can have so because it's location is super great. Never stay there. Dirty, no. restaurant, bad location, very old, definately the worst hiotel we stayed on in Mexico. I don't recommend this hotel at all. It's a 1 star motel, and bad service no lobby nor reception. Absolutely horrid stay.
