We loved staying at the Bel Air Collection and Spa Cancun. The staff are so friendly and cant do enough for you. It really is a dream paradise. Very nice atmosphere. Very luxurious and cheek.Very Expensive breakfast. Terrible music in the restaurant and pool area. Bad smell from the toilet. I didnt care too much for the food at the hotel. I also didnt like the fact that the room service menu is only in spanish and they dont cater for the english speaking guests which when we were there they were the majority. Also the music played in the hotel could be updated, the same music was played every day 3 times a day, it got so boring after a while.
