The electrical socket was out of order but just a phone call brought a technician to repair it with the help of another colleague. Speedy response was appreciated. . There is no lift. Need to climb up staircase to reach the rooms.preferably a mini fridge to be installed. There were loud storming sound from nearby - could be a pub. Do request of rooms are not facing the main the road.When it said 'satelite tv' I expected at least one english language newsstation, (bbc world or cnn) and maybe a selection of others, howeversmall, but there were only about 4 local stations. Also the famliy room don't have any window to see the sunshine.Your staff drive out my car from private car park when I check out toleave, then got my car was auto lock and no responsibility do done aboutit. The attitude for manager incharger by the day very bad and also notto help us to disposal problem. ..........The room we stayed in, did not have windows. In short , thishotel is a fire harzard. Further more I am claustrofobic. There was a lot of drilling going on during our stay.
