What people say

Having a shared washing machine and kitchen was convenient. The reception is only open from 10am to 4:30pm. The bed was extremely small, and the room reminded me of a student room. The room was very noisy: I could hear dogs barking loudly, trucks and noisy motorbikes going all night. Very far from the center: RM12-14 by taxi, impossible to walk. I don't see any reason of why you would want to stay there instead of in a downtown hotel... unless you absolutely need a free use of kitchen and washing machine.
