I love the bed in Vistana Kuantan and most importantly the staffs were so friendly and entire hotel is maintained with good hygiene!. Everything... the room was nice and cozy, i was doing some reading and writing stuffs for the whole night, the table lamp was really useful. The resort was clean and rooms where nice. Toilet smelly although the room just renovate .The ventillation in the toilet very poor cause bad smell inside the room .Customer service also poor where response to ask for help did not answer from the front desk.
