This is my 4th time staying here and I will not hesitate staying here again. It is a new & clean apartment that comes with a washing machine that is very useful when you travel with a baby. KLCC is only a 5-min drive away from the apartment. Easily accessible from all the major highways serving Jalan Tun Razak & Ampang. Although it is near the hustle bustle of Ampang, the surroundings of the serviced apartment is quiet and peaceful. I love myHabitat FAIRLANE!.
all reviews » Location is quite central, close to everything. Amenities, groceries, and landmarks. LRT station is close as well. The pool is awesome. Room is two thumbs up. Modern design and ample space. Kitchenware and appliances are complete which made the stay a comfortable experience. everything is almost perfect. Keep on the good work. Location is great. Value for money. Centralised Spacious Convenient. The cleanliness of the apartment. For famiy nice hotel. Good facility. Value for money, nice for couple and one child only. Comfortable spacious siting room. Good for long stay ie 1 week or more, and if planning to cook as it has well equipped kitchen. It is value for money and the space is good. new hotel good furniture. I will not advise to not to go to the hotel •no landmark to reach the hotel, night lamp was not working, cannot locate hotel in night, single key for family?lift cannot be use without key, tile was broken in pool, that's why my son got cut in finger, and there was no first aid, and when checked in utensil, fridge was dirty, so overall this is worst expierence. Nothing absolutely poor facilities. will never stay again. Breakfast was a bit standard, do not expect like a 4-5 stars but for serviced apartments, it was OK. no shower curtain design of the bathroom. Not too inconvenient but good to have. Stuff very very unfriendly & rude tribble breakfast. Congested Difficult to locate Not reflected in maps. No basic toiletries. No access card for guest. Small rooms, small beds, not good for family with multiple children. 2 bed room apartment is only good for 2 adult and a child, there is only one toilet in 2 bed room apartment. No room service after regular working hours. The floor is dusty and the carpets are stained. No toiletries and sleepers provided. Many ants could be found on the kitchen top. Front desk service is really bad. Pop in twice for assistance and nobody was there, only to find out from the security they are out for lunch. Totally unprofessional and uncalled way handling your guest . I meant what the hell call you at 10am in morning for few times to check whether you are checking out ... that units were provided only one key and a wifi login which allows internet access for only 1 device, while one average solo traveller already has 3 devices with him/her which need internet access. no TV channel for child's, room service bad, no baby bed, breakfast was not as standard and the maintenance poor because when I received the apartment I found a lot of problem in bath room. 1- no shower hose. 2- shower drain and hand wash sink was block. 3- closet flashing not working. Bathroom shower never worked. Bathroom was full of water - water never get drained off. Soap and shampoo was not provided. Toilet wash did not work. In spite of complain nobody paid Aany attention. Also the room stink.
