Very near to KLCC (5 minutes walk across the street). proximity to the KLCC towers and the hotel service. It's near and very convenient going to KLCC and Petronas Twin Towers.Aeroline bus loading and drop off point is just outside the hotel.It's cheap and rates with breakfast are good value for money. Generally very good. its location. Front desk and housekeeping staff were courteous and friendly. Clean and comfortable room. .

And the staff had to be remainded on my rights in reservation, example free wi-fi. Breakfast buffet could be better. There was no teaspoon near coffee machine at the breakfast buffet. Perhaps a slight overlook by the restaurant staff. . The breakfast could be changed from day to day, but the quality and variety were good. I paid everything with cash on the evening before check out. On the next morning questions came up if I paid already the breakfast or not (which I did). So improvement can be done if the staff from the evening before have a kind of handover with the early morning staff. Taxi drivers near the hotel try always to cheat u not using the meter. Almost the same situation everywhere nearby hotels. Gym facility could be improved. Ground floor restrooms should be more clean.The lobby bar staff were inattentive and ignorant concerning their work. It was difficult to find anyone to serve us but the delivery of our bills was highly efficient ! Reception staff need a few lessons in "charm" ; too many "bored" faces and not enough smiles. Sadly, the buffet breakfast was mostly cold where it should have been hot. Undesirable taxi touts near entrance, scalping tourists. yes, the construction noise coming from next building was bad. Beginning to look slightly tired - carpets, decor, room fittings. Internet connection was unreliable. desk staff at reception. asked for a wake up call - didn't get taxi driver ( we booked) woke us from reception ! In our rush were charged more than our booking sheet said. No breakfast available in restaurant until 6:30 not good for early flights.complicated estimation of room rates.non-easy internet access. I was not happy with my stay as I had only two days and on the firstday there was plumbing problem in the bathroom and the tv did notwork. Also, we are vegetarians and there is no variety at all in thehotel for us.Breakfast should be included with hotel price. Hotel charges RM24 addition for breakfast. I could see 7-8 taxi drivers hanging in front of hotel door and sometime we felt uncomfortable to go out of hotel. i made the reservation of a complimentary internet, but the hotel still charged me until i showed my booking information again to the manager. thus i hoped the staff should clarify which service of customers they need when making reservation.service slow. the car park space was not enough, and didnt have free wireless connection it was too expensive. the front desk staffs were a bit lost when there is too many people they didnt care about me and cant find the keys for my room when i check in. so i waited quite long.Quite old building, some of the bathroom facilities does not work. there are not enough car parks and the house keeping is very slow in their work got back around afternoon room is not cleaned yet. where else in HK which i just stayed few days a go it was fast and we don need 2 call the room service lady to come n clean up where in corus i had to do so!. have to wait one hour for the room. not well serve because there are not enough staff at the front desk to serve guests especially peak time.the taxi in front of the hotel. The room is too old, limited ammenities, bath tub was dirty and limited TV channel.
