This is a unique hotel in the heart of Georgetown.The staff are very obliging and are willing and able to offer good,practical advice to their guests.We had a very late onward connection and they couldn't have been more helpful in allowing us the use of the pool and public areas. The friendly and attentive staff who also were able to tell you all the best places to visit and eat. The hotel has been renovated to a very high level and the the rooms very comfortable. The Cafe/bar is excellent with a good breakfast whatever your foodie requirements.

One needs to be aware that some of the ground-floor rooms,while being tastefully furnished,are quite small.We were allocated one of these but after speaking with the Reception Staff a more spacious room,on the second floor,was offered at no further charge. The breakfast was fairly basic, but adequate. Smallish rooms. the rooms are slightly smaller than typical city-centre purpose built hotels, BUT this hotel has loads of charm and loads of seating around the hotel and pool for chilling-out. Nothing. breakfast too western. All good. Nothing - was a great stay!. Some of the poor service staff !.
