The hosts of the hotel are pretty nice, also the unique stylish antique heritage houses are wonderful. The food served for the breakfast are tasty, and I have to say the fresh juice they prepared for the guests everyday are nice and sweet. There is a famous Penang-styled cafeteria at Jalan Penang just nearby the hotel in about 5 minutes walk, so even it is not located inside downtown, you still can find some delicious local food easily. Besides, the location make it a quiet living place in Pena.
all reviews » The unexpected funky interior design of the hotel is worth the praise. The owner and her staff were really friendly and helpful too; understanding and accommodating. We travelled as a group friends so we had to book 3 rooms and got the whole unit to ourselves which was awesome. The king size bed on the ground floor room is real comfortable and the breakfast they served is very fulfilling and tasty. Location is in the proximity of the town and Gurney drive area. They even provided free wifi and . Nicely located in a quiet neighbourhood. Close to convenience stores and nearby attractions. Helpful & a warm bunch of people. Rooms are spacious and clean. Best part was the scrumptious breakfast feast. We were definitely set for our adventure thanks to that. Definitely recommended for a family or group of friends who're looking for a place to chill and relax. Insightful introduction of Penang was given to us upon arrival. The staff were all smiles, leaving us with a pleasant impression of Penang people. Great place with a nice decor and wonderful local delights for breakfast without having to step out of the house. Travel arrangement was prompt and punctual. The mango tree is a beautiful row of town houses, done up by the owners. We had the whole top floor to ourselves. High ceilings, two bedrooms etc. Super friendly staff, awesome breakfast, ideal location to stay, absolutely value for money~. Friendly staff who were very helpful. Delicious breakfast spread. Lots of space and very modern design. the style of the rooms. Their service is great. The room is very big. Everything!!!. The person in charge is very helpful.It's a well keep antique heritage house with a modern interior. The WiFi signal is weak in the first few days, but getting better later. Nothing. the pillows are too flat, it's time to change. Wooden flooring can be quite noisy. The house is a bit old, thus it will make some noise by walking on the second floor. Mosquito and the wooden flooring its noisy when you have young kids walking around.
