The hotel is family friendly. The children below 12 years are not charged. My kids were really enjoy stay in the hotel. They like swimming in the pool and using the bathtub. The breakfast menu has many variants. Although not located in the city center, the bus stop is in front of the hotel. The staffs are also very kind. The guy in the tourism information is a very nice person. The staff was wonderful and provided us with a guide to restaurants in the area. The breakfast/brunch buffet was marvelous and was included in the excellent price of our room. Had we purchased the room without breakfast, it would have cost us EUR 26pp, so I recommend booking with breakfast included.

The reservations manager kindly upgraded our suite to a delux room and a standard room with an interleading door .... he was concerned that the size of the suite would not be adequate for a family of five; there was no additional cost. Although it was winter, cold and raining we arrived and felt immediately welcomed. Warm inside the hotel and a warm welcome from al the staff. We had a comfortable room and we could enjoy our stay without any problems.Very polite and helpful reception, super friendly staff asissting by the breakfast which was simply spendid. Breakfast is very expensive if not included in the room rate. Not in walking distance to major sites.They had two breakfast rooms and the one we have been sent did not have means to heat the bread. The phone didn't work. The bathroom had a bit of a drain smell at times. The cost of internet is very high. I would expect them to provide internet free of charge. Further the quality of the internet was poor.Rooms are dated (old). In need of renovation but clean.
