Staff was very friendly and helpful. They made accommodations for us when an additional traveler was added to our plans - no problem! They were very helpful with directions, tips on how to get around town cost effectively and made suggestions for things to do. It was a very pleasant addition to our overall trip. Spent the night there for the ING Marathon and the bath tub was truly a plus! Rooms very clean and luxury, little kitchen with microwave in the room as well.The Staff very friendly and helpful and excellent english was spoken. I would stay there any time again.
all reviews » Whole concept is excellent. New hotel with modern design. Very good breakfast- continental style. Firstly, I was surprised - I prefer rich breakfasts, but the food was excellent. Something different than scrambled eggs and sausages ;) very good. Perfect. Parking was free and the great thing is that there is a lift taking you into the lobby. The suite is very spacious, new, clean and ideal for 4. Great hotel , friendly & courteous staff, spacious suite room , good price on parking . I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Luxenbourgh. Breakfast was very expensive too for what it was. Expensive parking. It was a bit cold. Luxembourg is closed on a Sunday. Hotel room was sold for 4 persons with an option for extra bed. However, at check-in it was mentioned that room for 4 persons is including the extra bed and 5th bed isn't possible. Quite disappointing and receptionist wasn't even sorry about the event. Would like more choice for breakfast. location, very difficult to find. Expensive breakfast. The air conditioning does not work. Switching the hot and cold water in the sink had been reversed. no thing. hard to find on GPS. It was a problem at 10 p.m. when we came tired to Novotel Hotel with 3 small children and receptionist told me to pay one more room because the rule of hotel is maximum 4 persons per room.I complained on that because on web site it is not writen and after few phone calls manager(?) of the hotel gave us another room for free and it was OK. Location Not that much bad, easy to move over the city. &Quot;FREE" lit up outside the only parking garage, yet you are charged by the hour (added to room bill and the desk clerks make sure to hide the cost since it's outrageous.) Also, why would you only have one complimentary bottle of water and only one packet of sugar for a 3 guest room? I am definitely not staying in this hotel again. The rooms are nice but the business side of the hotel is SUPER greedy. Never staying there again and I'll let friends know about my stay.
